Equipment included : (110) AHU’s, (4) CRAC units, (6) MAU’s, (2) OAHU’s, (3) SPF’s, (25) Exhaust Fans, (3) BEF’s, (18) KEF’s, (4) HW Pumps, (6) BP’s and (7) SMP’s.

A new construction project of the 4 story extended stay hotel located in Iron Mountain, Michigan. This project highlights one of PSA’s out of state Air Balancing projects requiring advanced communication and preparation. Equipment included : (5) AHU’s, (2) ERV’s, (2) FCU’s, (3) fans and (103) PTAC Units.
