This renovation encompassed the 9th and 10th floors totaling 25,000 square feet . PSA’s scope of work included technical fume hood set up, Air and Hydronic Balancing. Equipment included : (2) AHU’s, (8) Exhaust Fans, (2) AFMS’s, (86) VAV’s, (31) Fume Hoods, (84) Reheat coils and (26) EV’s.
