PSA lead the Air Side and Hydronic Testing, Adjusting & Balancing efforts at this this 714,000 square foot multi-use arena that seats 17,500. Required collaboration with all trades to complete the project in a safe and timely manner and included specialties such as smoke evacuation and stairwell pressurization. Equipment included : (71) FCU’s, (63) Fans, (36) AHU’s, Over (400) Hydronic Elements, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Heat Exchangers.

New Berlin Activity & Recreation Center
New Berlin, WI – Manhours: 265 – Year Completed: 2024
This repurposed 78,000 square foot facility now houses (3) basketball courts, indoor playground and multi-purpose rooms. PSA provided TAB (testing, adjusting & balancing) services during the expansion. Equipment included : (8) RTU’s, (1) MAU, (18) VAV’s, (13) Fans, (2) Pumps and (28) Hydronic Elements.

PSA provided Air Balancing on this 120,000 square foot renovation which included restaurants, bars and gaming floor expansion. Equipment included : (15) RTU’s, (6) KEF’s, (6) Exhaust Fans, (17) FCU’s, (67) VAV’s, (35) Reheat Coils and an MAU.
